Customer Care Centre
Welcome to the Customer Care Centre, which is the central resource for support and guidance on your Web Package.

There are a number of areas to the Care Centre - these are listed on the right hand side of this page - simply click on the stage you are at for more details.  Most areas contain useful resources like downloadable documents, which we will add to.

The purpose of the Care Centre is to answer all the questions that you may have about the process of getting your Web Package designed.  We have a team of specialists focussing on the design of your website, including logo and stationery.

**IMPORTANT**
  We have established a Collection Point, which is the central secure location for your files.  We will place the following information at your own Collection Point as these files are produced.  We will provide you with with all the information you need to access your Collection Point:

  • Your Paperwork, including Contract 
  • Your Logo
  • Your Stationery files, including the original source design files for use by your Printer
  • Your Email log in details
  • Your Website log in details (where relevant)
  • Other information as required.

We are VERY keen to get your feedback on the process so that we can continually improve.  So please let us know what you think.  We have a survey which you can fill in at any time in the process and another when you have completed the process.

We have developed a Customer Charter, which is our "mission statement" on how we interact with you, our customer:
