Being a big American (I’m 6 foot 8 inches tall), I’ve been making fabulous cookies since I was 4 years old when my mom and granny first taught me how.
Now, having lived in Northern Ireland for the past 16 years, I decided it’s about time that I brought great American cookies to the Province!
I specialise in making delicious American cookies which are soft and chewy – yummy! We have a number of varieties available – click on the “the Cookies” link above.
If you promise not to tell I’ll let you in on my secret: all these cookies are homemade with fresh ingredients like local butter, eggs, sugar, flour, dark chocolate and white chocolate chunks, roasted peanuts, and toasted almonds.
Each cookie is hand crafted in my small home bakery and brought to you through local farmers markets and trendy cafés. |
