| Description: | KTS provides professional, quality management/leadership training and delivers generic training, specialising in addressing problems caused by poor people management style, namely poor performance, low staff morale, excessive sick leave, etc, resulting primarily from workplace bullying and harassment. Our principal trainer, Dr Hazlett Lynch, is very well qualified to deliver this training, holding, as he does, seven university degrees, and is currently working towards another master's degree. He is also a qualified counsellor.
The training delivery uses a proven mix of lectures (for tutor input), group discussion, small and full group sessions, action learning, powerpoint presentations, flip-chart, and white board. Videos and audio cassettes are used where appropriate |
