Trained by Yoga Therapy & Training Centre (YTTC) Jane has worked with Elderly, Children, Pregnant Women, Male and Female of all ages. Jane's Yoga offers structured Yoga classes at all levels from beginner to advanced level. Classes are currently available in Belfast and Banbridge.
